Go to a nearby gymnastics/cheer gym and work hard to get it back. That’s the only way to do it since it’s not exactly safe to try to do it on your own :)
Thanks! Yes of course you do. I started cheerleading at 16 and I was pretty good at it. Just work hard and you’ll be fine :) You can start by taking a few tumbling classes and conditioning (check fortheloveoftumbling.com for exercises).
